Before Aritma, each country handled payments its own way. One country used a competing, SFTP-based bank integration. Another ran an SFTP-based host-to-host solution. In the third, bank files were uploaded and downloaded entirely by hand.

With Aritma Finance Manager, Humana's banks, SEB and DNB, are connected directly to Business Central. Payments are approved and sent from the ERP, and bank transactions flow back automatically for reconciliation. The rollout started in Sweden, followed by Norway and Finland.
Humana now has one group-wide bank integration and a single place to manage payments for all its companies. Manual handling of payment and bank files is replaced by an automated flow, and reconciliation runs directly in Business Central.
